Evolution yoga did a really good prenatal yoga seminar class. I can't remember now if it was one long class or 2 days, but I used everything I learned! It wasn't cheap, maybe $50ish, but was a partner class intended to bring your spouse with and go through poses and stances with their support that would be good for labor. Much better than any Lamaze I looked at.
