Looking for some ideas for flexible childcare since I work from home. I have 2 girls (almost 3 and 14mo). They've always been home with me but it's getting more and more challenging to actually work during the day. Looking for something that's more flexible than a regular daycare or full-time Nanny. Considering a mother's helper once school is out but hoping to find an arrangement sooner. Any experiences with care. com? Or creative options that don't include a regular daycare?
