Ive had it, I've absolutely had it! Packys Liquors on Oakton sells booze to minors and does not care! My nephew who is 20 has come home again with beer! This is the third time in two months! I busted him and his friends and they say Packy's doesn't card. I thought maybe they were lying, so I followed my nephew in and walked away, like I was a different customer and SAW WITH MY OWN EYES the cashier sell and not card. Who do I report them to? This is illegal! ( and yes I have a a big issue with him even trying! )
