Get an xl Uber I think that one is good for 5-6 people cos it’s a can but you can check.

What time is your flight and which airport? Honestly, one of you could take a buddy and drop off the luggage to be checked in earlier. Easiest with skycap. Drive back and pick up the family. Buddy leaves with car. Done and done.
