Where do I get rid of old paint(cans)and dead batteries(the ones from kids powered wheels) and old boxes and bags of old papers (most are bills)?

If the paint is NOT oil based you can put it in regular garbage, make sure it's dry. The batteries - you take them to DP City Public Works ( east of River Rd almost on Algonquin). And the paper goes to recycling can or to my backyard fire, bring the beer
