We’ve done so many Pinterest recipes. A lot of different pastas. I also bought a 10lb bag of chicken breast so we’ve had chicken a million different ways.

We just had brats in tomato gravy with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Just pan fry the brats a little to brown them then cover them with chopped fresh tomatoes (cherry are best) a chopped onion, clove of garlic and pour some stock in the bottom (with a dash of wine if you like or soy sauce), cover with foil and put in oven for 40mins. Quick prep and very tasty

We used a package of breaded pollock we had at the back of the freezer to make fish tacos tonight. Fancied them up with sautéed some onions, peppers, and zucchini. Instant Spanish rice and canned refried beans. Working on clearing out the freezer and pantry!

Boneless butterfly pork chops in low sodium V8 juice on stove for a bit (also add some sliced onion) for added flavor. Put over brown rice. Also, look up hummus chicken recipes. SO easy, one dish bake in the oven and also pair with brown rice.

Salsa chicken - place thawed boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot, 1 packets of taco seasoning and a jar of salsa. I cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8. It's sooooo good. I put it over rice, in tortillas for a chicken taco, on salads, or in a bowl with avacado cheese and sour cream

Sautéed balsamic veggies in an egg scramble. Usually top it with feta but didn’t have any. One of my faves.
