Stupid question but oh well I’m asking! What is a decent but cheap car insurance you would recommend?! Liability is good for my car because it’s older and it’s not all that lol. Thank you!

Root insurance is okay. They basically give you like two weeks to evaluate your driving with their app. If you get 10 out of 10 prices will come down a little bit than other companies. Heard Costco insurance is bit more better, but im not a pro in this thing

@paganize So the Root app can see if I swerve from reaching for a fry while driving and takes away points?!  I’m being funny but for real.

@aeronautics lol, they will track your car's speed, acceleration after a stop, how fast do you take turns and lastly how hard you brake. Drive gently for two weeks and you will most likely get 10

@paganize I usually drive gently these days especially because I’m not in a manual car anymore.  It’s not fun to drive anymore so I can drive like an old lady for two weeks no problem!

United Auto Insurance by Harlem/Belmont in Chicago. I’ve used them before.

I've been with United Auto I think since 2013 or 2014, the only reason I switched is because I had been with Allstate for years and I kept getting raised without even having any problems just that they had across-the-board raises. I don't have any problem with United Auto, I only do liability because my cars are old and net worth putting out money for them on comprehensive.
