We have it, we have been pleased. Thankfully, it hasn’t been used in the event of a break-in, however we have water sensors in our basement tied to it and we did have an incident a couple years ago. As soon as the water reached the sensor, the alarm on the sensor went off and when it wasn’t shut off right away (we were sleeping) SimpliSafe called us to let us know.
