Looking for NorthShore affiliated Pediatrician recommendations. Anyone have someone you and your little one loves? Thank you!

Dr. Sheri Fisher she is absolutely amazing and highly recommended!

Recommend Dr. Brian Hirsch or Dr. Fisher. Both fantastic! Hirsch is our primary but can’t go wrong with either doctor. All 3 of my kids love both doctors!

Dr Steven Goldberg is the most caring physician I’ve ever come across. He’s an all around great guy- my kids love him and to tell you how amazing he is- my husband brought our little guy for a follow up and mentioned that I’ve been staying at the hospital with my mom. Later that night at about 7pm Dr Goldberg called me to see how my mom was doing and to how I was doing and to make sure I was eating and sleeping enough. He’s a gem.

@sad5268 the only one I don’t like in the practice is Dr Rosenbaum- he’s probably a fine man, I just didn’t care for him. Everyone else is wonderful. In three years I think we’ve only had to see a different doctor maybe three times.

@footboy OMG! I thought I had commented this bc I literally wouldve written the same exact thing! Goldberg is the most amazing dr ever. I love everything about him. I wasnt a big fan of rosenbaum either when i saw him(only once thought). Everyone is wonderful there. I have also seen Drs Vig and Howard at the Niles location and they were great for last min appointment, but Goldberg is my guy! Short story- I worked at Northshore when i was pregnant with my 1st(about 26 weeks). Our location had a bomb threat so i went and worked in peds thay day. Goldberg had a patient that needed immediate xrays, he called down to xray personally to take the patient ASAP and then he waited(even though he was officially done for the day) for the results with the patient. At that moment i knew i wanted him as our primary ped.

Associated Pediatric Partners SC is where we go. I love all the doctors there, they spend time with and really listen to you and your kid(s). Also, they are open 7 days a week for walk-ins. We mainly see Dr. Varghese, Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Hunt. All very accessible and caring.

@sad5268 They have walk-in every morning M-S in Buffalo Grove and Sun. in Northbrook. Also, they reserve a number of appointments for sick kids every day. So you don’t ever have to wait more than a few hours to get in.

It’s a little far, but we see Dr. Lippman in Vernon Hills. I’ve seen several of the doctors there, and they’ve all been great. The office has walk-in hours twice a day (morning and after school) and they reserve a bunch of same-day appointments in case you need to get in at a different time. We used to live in Buffalo Grove, and we love Dr. Lippman so much that we still drive up there as needed.
