Anyone with Wowway just lose internet access?

Probably something wrong with the poles because Comcast was out this morning too! Used to have Wow but they price gouged

It’s back up now but we were down for 10 mins (the horror). First time we lost it since we all are working from home

I think all internet has been bad lately. My xfinity was off and on today. Even my tmobile was dropping service.

We have wow and it’s been in and out the past few weeks.

Wowway has been down for about 30 mins. I need internet to work so this really sucks!

Do a hard reboot on your Comcast or Wow modem and any wireless router attached to it. Then reboot your PC and run a SpeedTest to see if connectivity is better. If you need additional pro assistance, I can help with that as well even with remote tech support. You could have a failing modem or router, or your Windows PC may be infected too.
