Question

Anybody been to the Costco in MP recently and used to service entrance? Did you have to wait in line to get in for customer service/exit only? I won't go if I have to wait in the line to shop - it's not worth the risk to me. I'm just trying to go in the exit to cash in my yearly rewards cert. and get my money. If it was a small amount I'd just wait, but it's significant and I could really use the money to help pay bills.

I had to wait in line to get in. It shockingly went really fast. By the time I left no line at all. I think it depends how many people are in the store as to whether or not they are letting you in the service line.

Wait a minute. I can cash that in I don't have to use it in store?!?!?

@godless is it the one from the credit card? If so, yes you just go to the service desk and they will give you cash!

Best time and days to go is the senior days and wait at 9am. It was a quick in and out line for me
