I know it sounds impossible for a person that has like 10 brain cells but I have guys averaging 60 to 100k/ yearly on a part time base

Not sure what your issue is margie, But I'm not sure since when offering people an opportunity to become part time agents a problem? Why is it bad to offer someone the opportunity to be a life insurance agent or investment broker , license under the state of illinois?
