Salvation Army on Dempster, west of Mount Prospect Rd, has bins that are open for donations

Salvation Army and Goodwill are both currently closed. Salvation Army was on the news last night (5/12) asking people to stop dropping off items. They are unable to bring merchandise into their buildings and all items are being thrown away. Please keep your donations until they are able to reopen.

@tergum I’m not a garbage person. I’ve never dropped off donations if they’re not open. I know better than that.

@iddo21, I meant to add that as a reply to the comment that there are bins in Dempster. Just trying to help people who take the time to recycle items in their house.
