If you like hills you will enjoy this park we went this week in Buffalo Grove. It's called willow stream

Unfortunately I found hospitals to be the best bet around here. I used to go to Lutheran General to climb stairs but I’m sure they won’t let you do that right now (and I wouldn’t want to).

I know there are plenty of stairs in the garage within the Rosemont entertainment district’s parking garage. Not sure if anything there is open now though

you can do anything you put your mind to. Go slow and just get back out there. It will happen in due time. I did 6 minutes today with a 75lbs vest on 180 steps going up and 180 going down. Surprising going down was harder and I touch the railing which is a fail for the fire test. But I'll get there. Luckly I'm not taking the test I'm just supposing my hubby.
