A little help needed: I've got a client that fired the person who managed their social media- The phone # used as the second step for verification was the former employee's mobile. The client was locked out of the account after multiple unsuccessful attempts. Once they are unlocked again, is there a way for them to regain access to the account without involving the former employee who was terminated? Any Help is much appreciated.

It would just be simpler to reach out to the former employee. Then make sure the phone is setup with primary business owner this time so these things don't happen.

Just contact the former employee, easiest way.

Moving forward access to pages should be through business manager and the owner should always be an admin on the page.

@avowal @photo Unfortunately, things did not end well with former employee. Not really possible at this time to gain access through them. I've advised them how to handle things going forward, but I can't change how they've handled this.
