Good to know. I’ve only experienced this from the agency side where we have no control over the quality of the product or customer experience beyond the ads so it’s good to know that it’s doable!

@torrietorrin629 yeah it’s like a red flag for the brand to get their shit together. I’ve dealt with it twice and both times the brand was taking orders faster than they could fulfill or give quick customer support for. They already knew they weren’t giving their best customer service but the risk of losing their ad account motivated them to straighten out quickly.

Customer feedback score is based on post purchase customer surveys. The most important factor is delivery time. Did they get the product when you said they would? You can adjust your delivery window / when they send the surveys, right on that screen you’re showing. The other factor is if the product received is what the customer expected. These are the kind of questions they ask. Helps make sure people aren’t selling shit or misleading products or over promising on fulfillment.
