Hi guys, quick question.  I recently started working with a clients who’s ad account never produced any results.Hi guys, quick question. I recently started working with a clients who’s ad account never produced any results. I mean in 2 years, since the account was created 5k was spent, but never did he get any conversions. He has a new product and i have spent a couple of hundreds but did not get any results. Of course there is an option my targeting is off or my creative is, but would you suggest to have a clean start - new ad account or this doesn’t matter and i need to focus more on my targeting and creatives? Thx ✌

What else is he doing outside of Ads to influence conversions?

Does your client have any website traffic outside of Facebook? Are you running video ads or Image ads?

@mohl636 he is starting an influencer IG campaign, but beside that - no. I run video, image, carousel, . ads

So it's all depending on the offer and how you have the funnel set up but with my experience using facebook ads what i have found works the best for me is running short (15-30 second) video ads and retargeting video views. The layout I use is a 3x3 video grid: First 3 Videos are "The Why - Awareness", second 3 are "The How - Engagement", third 3 are "The What - Conversion".

Have seo traffic that you can retarget and throw into the sequence helps out big time tho.

I would pay more attention to market research: • Competitors • Other products ▪︎ Pricing • Offer (big time here) • Message • Target audience Before even thinking about any ads, creative, or campaigns. A painter spend a lot of time preparing the surface before opening the can of paint.

If they purchased $5k of crap data on a product that is completely relevant to what he is selling now I would definitely launch a new account and pixels. it takes 5 minutes and it's free
