Hi Everyone, I am looking for a Lead Generation CRM, that basically is more of a lead communication tool than a full scale CRM. Needs to do simple SMS, email automations but also work through an app so that who ever is running the leads can see them, and get to the lead ASAP. Also needs to be simple enough for a tech novice. I know of all the big ones, but am looking for simplicity over ability. Any suggestions please?
