Question

Came home this evening and opened up my business manager only to realize at some point this afternoon Facebook had determined that my "Business Account Not Allowed to Advertise - This business account didn't comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards. Its ad accounts and ads have been disabled. " No email from Facebook or any explanation regarding what I did wrong or what policy I violated. This means I've lost access to all ad accounts, all custom audiences, and valuable pixel data. Anyone have experience getting their business account reactivated? I've been using this business manager account for 5+ years and have spent hundreds of thousands on FB ads. No idea why they would deactivate my business now. Just yesterday, they also deactivated one of my ad accounts and upon my appeal, they reactivated it within a few hours. Makes no sense why they'd do that and then block the business entirely. I have already appealed the block on my business manager account, but I'm not very hopeful at this point.

They blocked your entire biz account? Jesus. Maybe it’s a separate department.

Happened to me last week . I got it back within 24 hours just by submitting an appeal . Chances are it's just a mistake .

Facebook doesn’t want you to know specific rules you violated. they think that would allow you to game the system.

Had ad acc, BM and even personal profile blocked from advertising. Was a mistake. Appealed and got everything back usually within 48 hours.

Had five ad accounts disabled, two reactivated, had my personal profile blocked, still not reactivated, all with no explanation and maybe three disapproved ads (all of which were approved on appeal). Welcome to the life of advertising on FB lol.
