In the last 3 days, i have gotten my ad account disabled 3 times and re-enabled twice. I have kept selling the same product. The same policy violation keeps being flagged by facebook which is "Unacceptable Business Practices Policy - We don't allow ads that promotes products, services, schemes or offers using deceptive or misleading practices, including those meant to mislead or scam people out of money or personal information (ex: products that boost Facebook or Instagram likes, etc. ). Please read through our Policy for more details including a few examples of do's and don'ts. " What gives? they have already brought my ad account the next day everytime? How can i get them to stop flagging it? Currently its disabled so i will waste another day waiting.

Maybe a slight change in your copy will help bypass the flags. If you share it, I’m sure the group can offer suggestions. I have to adjust our copy all the time. not because it’s not compliant. we always win the manual review, but because it’s such a waste of time to do it for every ad set if it can be avoided.

Did you get re-enabled yet? I just got disabled for the same thing this morning (same ad copy too, haven't changed anything).

I got it re-enabled a few days ago. I got rid of running the creative and did new ones. Haven't had a problem since.

My account was randomly disabled after 3 months of the same creative and copy, two days ago. Disabled for the same reason as yours, randomly. I appealed, and was declined! I have no idea what to do. :( Insane amount of data, and everything white hat ecom. Any luck with any scripts you sent to them to get them to accept? Did you write a note, or select the "not sure what policy was violated" box?

@alisander i basically appealed again saying how the reasoning was mistaken. after a third try, it was renabled.

@alisander is there anything in your creative or acccount that FB may have said its a no no recently. They have had alot of significant policy changes in the last three months.

@beowulf2 I don't believe so. I've read them again and again. I've appealed about 3-4x now, still not re-enabled. I wonder if I should say something different? This time, I got <br> codes in the response. I feel like it's all automated. I was banned for something completely unrelated to what my offer and ads are promoting.

@alisander check page quality and feedback scores as well. What was their reason?
by (510 points)
@beowulf2 So, my feedback score did recently drop below a 2. 0, so my page was throttled. but their reasons were "Unacceptable Business Practices Policy - We don't allow ads that promotes products, services, schemes or offers using deceptive or misleading practices, including those meant to mislead or scam people out of money or personal information" I am wondering if this is why? It's a 1. 9 and I've heard from many people that this wouldn't immediately get me disabled.

@alisander its VERY possible. I got the same reasoning however my feedback score was good, same with page quality so i narrowed it to the creative. They could be stricter with the feedback score now with COVID
