Does anyone know how FB allocates your budget when you have multiple creatives in one ad set? For me, Facebook is only spending on 2 of the 3. Of the two, FB is spending more on the one with more expensive conversions. You can see below that one creative is getting ATCs for much less yet FB is pumping money into the other. Any thoughts?

Facebook will go after people who are likely going to perform the action you want them to do, based on the audience and creative selection you’ve told them to go after. It’s not a certainty that that if you removed the expensive creative, that they would all convert on your other cheaper creative.

@appel so it sounds like the best strategy would be to give FB multiple creative assets to let them play with.

It looks like that may be the case. I tested three creatives vs just one and the one with 3 is doing better so far

@laissezfaire report back when you run more I'm interested to see result.

@laissezfaire yes it's a fact that running more ads is better than one. Even if you have only one creative, duplicate it to 2 or 3.

Ya just divide into 3 separate campaigns with one ad set each otherwise fb spends it however. That way you get the true impact on a/b/c testing.

@niki236 agreed. Same reason why I don’t do CBO. I want that control

Try dynamic ads, that is the best option to test multiple variations
