FB ads.  Any experts here to exchange ideas?FB ads. Any experts here to exchange ideas? I think it all depends on your margin. For low cost low margin products, fb ads are complete colossal waste of money, time, effort and other resources. With low cost low margin products: laser target, you can not reach anyone and the cost gets astronomical, broad target, you get all bots and bots look alikes so you pay for bots and bot look alikes entertainment. What a dilemma. Can't live with it, can't live without it. Retarget the same bots and bot look alikes and you pour more money down the drain. Unless you make more money in one sales that pays for your whole month's ad budget and you make a little profit on top of that, it is not worth it. What do you think?

I think it depends on what your end game is.

@numerology we are running buffet restaurant inside city main mall. Startup, so looking for customers of course. Also do free home delivery. Right now all the campaigns seems to be failing.

@jeremy They need to be part of an overall strategy. Sometimes FB ads are not a one-size fits all deal. You also have to understand your business, your market, your ideal customer, etc.

@jequirity Well this is true but at the same time a desperate businessman doesn’t like the very religious philosophy of the Facebook Marketing  I believed in Facebook ads being low cost and effective but overall Facebook ecosystem has became so polluted it’s neither easy nor low cost anymore. At least I think so for now.

@jeremy you can't lower ad cost. but you can raise your customer value. :) There are tons of things you can do to make it work, step back and look at the BIG picture. Facebook ads are just a small portion of it all.

If you have a restaurant and your margins are slim then your main problem isn't your marketing camapign, but your product and service.
