We run ads for RE agents all day brother. It's not a one size fits all for creative. You must have a solid creative that matches your offer. We really like to use video but also use carousel's and still images.

So to better answer you question what is your offer and or lead magnet? If you give more details on your strategy and ideal avatar you will get much better responses.

It's about people who hire the agent to sell the house, not people who want to buy a house in my case.

Stephen Merrill Yes my husband does! He formerly worked in real estate and now we run an ad business, as well as teach Realtors to advertise their properties using social media!

Nothing beats homes list ads with home pictures or single listing ads with a great pic. Test both.

My company ChopShop creates virtual tours for real-estate companies, and 5-10 second snippets of these have been very successful for them. Hit me up if you're looking for help producing the content!

@sphericity571 hey, sry for late reply. Uhm, where to start?  Visual - when I target specific area, I'm doing a screenshot of that area. Why? Bcoz people love to see their city or village in Ad! Crazy, right? - Then I do little adjustment in Canva tool, to add pins and higlight larger cities. - This map creates an image that "we're specialized in this area and we know the house prices in this area"  Copy - I love to use Problem, Agitate, Solution technique in Ad copy. Ex: Thinking of selling? Do this, because if you don't, this will happen to you. And your copy must contain ACTION element. ‍ Pre-Qualified Sellers - what I understand pre-qualified is, when lead ansers all my quetions about: - where is the property (address, location) - when he/she is ready to sell - what's the property and details (house, apartment, land, etc + detail square m, bedrooms, . ) - and lastly, VALID PHONE number. Why? Because if somebody really want to sell, he\she will give you a phone number. And my client can do a quick call and schedule face 2 face visit, where closing chances are high

For buyers: pictures of houses and realtor themselves with a bold headline For sellers: single image of house with a bold headline, or if we are going with long copy then a sad image maybe, whatever resonates with copy
