What’s the Minimum spend for keeping other BM alive?

0. I have 1 BM for years that have never spent anything its still accessible  you can also open another one for 0

@uranyl if you have 1 ad acc on the BM is fine but if you open multiple ad accs under a BM you have to get some minimal spend otherwise fb knowa to make probs.

BM (Business Manager) doesn't need any min spend. I think you may be referring to the ad account. I heard some people spend the minimum a day $3 I think. I don't know though, I have only lost one due to "inactivity of the ad account" when I've had many, many sit for a very long time with no traffic.
