Hi guys, I just have a question. Whenever I start small budget, I can get sales. But whenever I increase my budget, I don't even get a sale. If there is, the CPP is 2x my breakeven cost. Anyone knows how to troubleshoot this?

It's normal. You are telling FB to spend your BIGGER budget in 24h period, so FB shows your ad to a larger number of people. For some of those people FB algo is pretty sure that they are not buyers but it has to spend daily budget. Your best options (assuming you have a great creative and that the rest of your funnel is polished) are to scale horizontally by duplicating your ad set X times, each with the minimum budget wich is big enough to push ad set out of the Learning Phase (don't worry about aud. overlap if your audience is big enough), and/or use manual bidding with rules for protection.

Of course, you should always test new creatives and hunt better CTR since this is your biggest leverage for lower CPA.

Thanks @hagy3947 I also do that scaling but unable to get traction. How about optimising the gathered data and narrow the audience tighter?
