A bit long winded, but: Has anyone else run a 'boosted post' for engagement on FB w/Insta visibility, and then found a way to actually 'see' the individual Insta accounts that engaged with the post (not just the # of engagements)? FB Ads Support was. Not very supportive :(

They won't give you that info unless the engagement was a reaction or comment and then you can just look at the post.

@tania5546 for whatever reason, I can't see any Insta engagement on the post itself in FB, or on Insta. Only the FB engagement.

@gerek I can see the accounts of people who engaged with the post on FB (and invite them to like my biz page, which is what I'd like to do on Insta too. )

In side Ads Manager. at the AD LEVEL>. click this icon (circled) choose 'Instagram w/ comments'
