How would you classify no interest whatsoever and how do you plan on pinpointing that one :D. You can use high quality LA based on top 20% of x to try and minimize it as an example.

No interest = seen the ad 10 times but not ever clicked to website! This question is based on BOF not TOF

Why would the ad get shown 10 times to a person who has no interest? I'm not sure that makes any sense
