Depends how big the current custom audience is and your budget. If its simply too small and you can afford it then expand.

Same as @uranyl only when an audience is too small or hasnt been converting over a few days then I'll try that before I change entire audience in the adset.

For art events for sure. Target down to 5 miles plus regular art market audience
