We haven't had much luck with this. If you have a CRM that FB Lead Forms support, you can send them there but the list was short the last time I looked.

We use Salesforce.

@stereoisomer that might work---it's been a while since I've tried to integrate but there used to be a very subtle link once you get a lead form submission (I don't know if it's there before that, I don't recall) that you can click that will pull up a list of integration options for your CRM of choice.

Bots > Lead forms

I would take bots anyday. But this client likes Lead forms.

@haya1103 can you please describe the ‘bot’ process for me to get started? I currently am running lead form ads and running site traffic for service based companies.

@ose821 if you run an ad, instead of sending them to a lead form which most people lie on. You send them to messenger. Where you have designed a series of questions and information to help get more accurate lead info and have a higher close rate on the back end product.

@haya1103 is spot on. My client actually does both. The ad takes people to a lead form where their contact info is captured. That lead form then takes the prospects to a chatbot where they need to answer a few questions before booking an appointment. That shows us who is really interested and who is not. If they don't complete the chatbot part, we still have their info in the lead form to contact them later if we want to.

Yep, zapier has that functionality between the two apps. I use zapier for more sophisticated zapping, but once you’ve defined & enabled the triggers it can zap in whatever fields you want it to. Feel free to PM if you need help.

Yes there is an easy zap for that. We use it all the time. It's Facebook Leads to Google Sheet

Yep. That's what I did. I wasn't really using Lead forms until now. I was more a Clickfunnels landing page guy. I'm starting to like this lead forms stuff.

Zapier is very user friendly, just follow the instructions.
