A little tip for PayPal is to do exactly what they ask and keep calling in until someone can help you. I don't know your situation, but once I called in 4 different times and they all told me different things. And the 4th time I got the solution I needed. Eventually I got a rep and now all my accounts are whitelisted. Sorry to hear that bro, sucks having to turn off traffic to something like that, but it's all part of the game. If your using Shopify you could just turn PP off and use Shopify payments until that gets sorted out. You may lose 5-10% of sales though depending on the audience, but if you offer Amazon pay and all the other options it might be much less.
