Hey Fam, my personal Facebook Profile got restricted for advertising for no understandable reason. I have a personal fb rep who also strikes his limits and doesn’t understand how that could happen. Seems like a huge error by the algorithm. The 1st appeal didn’t work so far. Will continue working on that but I got loads of clients I can’t advertise for who are waiting. I am wondering if My wife can open a new BM connected to her personal profile. My question: Can my wife open a new BM for our agency EVEN when her personal profile + the new BM will be using the same IP that I am logged into when I am at home with my restricted profile? Or will that eventually lead to her profile / BM will get restricted as well? Anyone experienced this situation? Your thoughts are highly appreciated! Thanks & best Kay

I would just use a VPN to be sure.

@snapper9629 no, but using a VPN would address your concern around IP tracing.

@snapper9629 the problem is she has accessed her account from your IP already - setting it up on a VPN doesn't matter - Honestly - since you only had 1 account with issues her setting one up on your ip also shouldn't matter - you need to figure out why you are blocked though

@snapper9629 Hey kay i’ve been hit by this before, multiple BM bans. Write in again and be honest and apologetic and say that you’ll do everything you can to be compliant and start working with them again. Explain to them how important they are for you and your business and how much you find fb a great place to be etc. The people inside fb are. surprisingly human haha. And it would be good to leave a number for them to reach out to to show your sincerity. All the best!
