Anyone have any recommendations around housing? Do we know what interests are approved within the special ad category? Every ad I launch is rejected. "Housing" is selected as the special ad category, still denied every time.

I run campaigns for luxury condos and vacation homes. your options are very limited. I select interests that would be indications of thr wealth level that I need, and then must also match and select all of the real estate options. I also run interest target set and a lookalike ad set in the same campaign

Ad copy has to be fairly generic. always include starting pricepoint. Your targeting selections should avoid any age/race/sexual orientation selections.

Also highly recommend doing special audiences (lookalikes) of prospect list and website converters.

Are you running ads for the developers or real estate agents?
