Facebook Blueprint is learning modules made by Facebook. I believe they are free, they're worth paying for if they charge now . and you can become certified as you learn. Blueprint certification is the industry standard, so pound for pound I'd say that's the best place to start.

First It was suggested to join this group by name. So you are in the right place and then do the modules here and blueprint. At the same time start running ads because experience is the best teacher. You are better off spending your money on ads than courses. Don’t think about as wasting money you are paying for data that is available no where else on the planet!
