I have a very old client that I haven’t worked with in over 2 years that racked up a hefty ad account I’ll prior to me realizing I was still set as one of the admins on the account. For well over a year I have been dealing with my payment options being disabled for my personal account, which sucks, but I use ad manager on my client accounts with their cards so it hasn’t been that big of a deal until today when I went to set up a new ad manager account for a client and was unable to add his payment info because apparently I’m not allowed to. I have sent in support tickets for over a year, sent another one today. They simply dismiss. Anyone have any advice? Or have any of you dealt with this before?
