Facebook is restricting PPE ads for some users and not others. Why and how can I get my ads to run?

May have to do with the wording of your ad. I see a lot of ads for face masks, but they don't define it as medical in any way. I'm looking at one in my sidebar that starts with "Designed For Easy Breathing & Daily Use. Nose Guard Prevents Glasses From Fogging. "

It seems that any images containing masks or any healthcare related product is getting rejected in the review stage. Not sure how others are getting these through.

No, they were banned for everyone more than 3 months ago. Any PPE ads you see simply flew under the radar and hasn’t been caught. yet. And the above comment about wording is missing the other half of the equation: FB has been using image recognition for years now, they don’t just rely on your words to judge your ads. That’s why you can get banned even without mentioning anything related to PPE or the pandemic

Confirm identity of the people running the ads and get the page whitelisted. It's just a special category ad nothing different than the political ads or ads about social issues.

Three reasons this would have happened. 1. Previously you had one to many Ads rejected 2. check your landing page which you have mentioned . 3. Is your company a new company? Play with your words with a positive tone. Patience is the key here.
