I'm looking for kick-ass Video Editors that can write scripts that convert :) Any advice?

I suggest you to separate as a video editor is not necessarily good writer or filmer. To create a good video require. 1. Project handler who can lead the projects. 2. Script writers 3. Camera man and assistant 4. Editor 5. Someone who can handle the actors 6. Marketer for oversee the relevance.
