Is there any way to create a custom audience WITHOUT having spent $50, 000?

@studner yeah I get that I can remarket, which I plan to do. but if I have an email list of 10k people, can I send graphic ads to just them, even if they haven't visited my site?

@vallo You could try. List is kinda small. hacks I learned. Send a series of email to your list of 10 K. Like “10 ways to X” in the email post 3 of the items then link to your blog. If you send a few of these can probably get 20% to visit your blog. Then you could serve them with ads.

If your going to send out mass mailings with links. You might want to mail one to yourself, to make sure all your links work first! Sending 10, 000 dead letters can hurt your credibility.

Are you referring to the list within Google Ads that you can target via email? Yes, you can buy an account from someone, although it’s against Google’s TOS ‍♂️
