Does anyone know a way I can setup upcoming recurring bill notifications for clients? I'm currently using a wordpress plugin known as WP-Invoice which connects with Stripe to process payments. Recurring payments can be setup using Stripe but it is the upcoming event notification that I'm struggling to figure out. Open to solutions for Stripe or other software that solve this need.

Get a CRM called perfex, it's really cheap and integrates with stripe so your CRM can send an I voice and then stripe charges them the following week and the CRM sends them a payment receipt

I use square for recurring payments. Works pretty well. All in one solution.
