If your rep is in India, they are on a lockdown and have been experiencing major problems.

@penicillin no, she’s in the states. After 5 emails, a few calls and a month of time, she replied today. Seems ironic that I posted here and then got a reply.

@skinnydip100 it depends. There are reps for agencies. Just singular companies can have reps as well. But the factors for those vary. For agencies it’s luck of the draw if you are a google partner.

She did say she now has 120 accounts and they are totally overloaded. I sympathize, I’ll have to be more patient.
