I have a suspended ad account, "suspicious payment activity" is the reason given. Does anyone have connections to someone that can assist to expedite the process of resolving this sort of issue? As google support is slow and vague in their responses

The reason is not suspicious payment method. I am sure sure. The reason is different and they will never let you know. I hate these guys

Check your card informations, zip code, adress information, dont write your zip code like06000, Also for security google dont allow virtual cards, your credit card must open crossborder payments and dont use 3d secure for google payments, ıf all them ok connect Google live chat from another ads account because google doesnt support for suspended account(for a while)

There are 3 elements to suspicious payments - the billing country you choose, the currency you select while setting up your account & the IP you have logged in from. The best practice is to chose the country & currency your payment method has been issued in & also ideally log in from that country’s IP. For getting the request overturned - share the copy of your card on which you have your name which is input and block the card number details except last 4 digits. The only thing visible should be last 4 digits and name of the card owner, along with business information details if possible like a certificate of incorporation, etc. the suspension will get revoked in a week’s time after you send this email.

@minacious Thank you, appreciate that. Do you know of a good email address to actually reach someone to help and send these things? I've appealed and tried replying to their emails but only recieve bot type responses

@kalfas4 I just did that for one of the newer accounts I had created. The automated response came in on 6th May immediately after submitting the appeal. And the problem was fixed on last Friday. Ideally, give it 10 working days as the processes have been delayed a bit due to Covid factors.
