Clients URL is completely blocked by Facebook and we can't run ads on the domain. This is a small mom and pop store so nothing against the TOS. What's the best way to quickly appeal the ban? HOURS of searching has just given me we forms and feedback forms. Any direct contact via Facebook ads or Facebook business?

You can sometimes get by this using a short link. Try running the URL through bitly and use the short URL. It has worked for me in the past.

Did you check the site for malware?
by (240 points)
No but I will do that now. I assumed if there was malware it was from the previous business owner since this is a newly purchased business

Put the site through a malware checker, came out clean. Thanks though

Yeh that's the first place that comes up in Google, but it's all pre-answered questions. Nothing about contacting support

@euraeurasia if you literally hit the support button at the top you are redirected to their messnger link

Then the second way is contact support mid page

@cercus the chat and email does not show for everyone. FB hides these for those they don't want to provide support for. I've never ever seen it on my account but in others yes.

@uranyl yeah I keep hearing that.

@cercus Yeh I don't get that on mine, but thanks for your effort

Had a similar problem with a domain only banned on desktop but not on mobile. took them a month to finally admit there is a problem and no solution what so ever after that.
