I am creating a campaign for a burger restaurant, is Google Search a good channel for this? If so, does anyone have any advice to help set this up?

@cornish1401 if so, use exact match keywords only starting out. This goes for any automated bidding strategy

Yes, this could work for you. Be sure to select your ads to show only when the restaurant is open. Update the Google my business portion for easy access for the users. Traget a geo radius that makes sense. That's all I got right now. Good luck.

If the goal is brand awareness, I'd opt for Display or Social Media. Search will work for taking home delivery orders and for specific searches like "Burger restaurant near me" etc.

Display Ads targeting 10 mi around the restaurant location with affinity towards burgers.

Could work but optimising local listings on google maps/GMB will be important too. The landing page you use is also going to be really important. Make sure it’s featuring opening hours, current deals and I’d personally offer an exclusive coupon which could be tracked back to Google traffic. Display ads would also be a good shout, remarketing you need to also get going with some LONG time frame lists to keep people coming back and showing new offers. Right now though you need safety info to be on point.

Thanks for your reply @cowper. Do you have any tips on optimizing maps and GMB?
