Hi guys, I have a question. Why are my call ads doing so much worse than my responsive, tekst and dynamic ads? It’s a business cleaning company?

Had the same. I think people click on them not knowing what they are an panic when the phone dial pad loads. I think it will work in the future but at the moment they are crap have removed from all my accounts

Often call ads work when it’s branded terms or an emergency type service (locksmith etc). However for commercial cleaning - quite often someone is going to want to look at your website first - so call ads are less attractive really.
