Question

I am running ads for a car rental service. I tried setting up a new campaign for phone calls only. the bid is manual CPC. call extension has been set up. the campaign isn't getting any impression or clicks it's been more than 12 hours since I set the call ads. is this normal or did I do something wrong?

I have had accounts/campaigns take 48 hours or so before ads started actually running. This has happened in well established accounts not just new accounts. If nothing is happening in another 24-36 hours then I would worry and maybe contact Google Ads Support.

Call campaign takes times, Sometimes this happen due to bid,

If the campaign is in learning mode wait for some days. or u might be using very narrow keywords
