Hi all, posted earlier about upgrading to 360 and having trouble getting hold of Google. It’s getting nowhere so does anybody have any recommendation for alternatives that can track the ads viewability on sites?

You can take a look at stuff like Moat and Double verify. There are a lot of tools that can do this it just needs to support the tags on the DSP you use

@crock you are coming up with the goods at the moment, thanks for the info. Ideally I’d having something that I know I can integrate with services like Cyfe or Google Data Studio.

@fanelli most don't have that unfortunately. Trust me, I use data studio for most things. You often have to have them send you weekly reports or export weekly. Back in my major agency days I'd have to export and do the work twice. Reports in Excel for client-side and then my own in Tableau/Data Studio for my own analysis. It was at major WPP agency and they were using Doubleclick which is now Display/Video 360. It's such a mess and honestly found that you could tell which partners were crap based on post click metrics. I'm so glad I'm out of that nonsense. Even with massive budgets I work with for company I work for. Dont find the need for 360. Keep in mind Search 360 and Display/Video 360 are different products. They each have a price. Analytics 360 is also another product

@fanelli also protip start moving to Big Query. It's what you'll need for Ads Data Hub in the future when 3rd party cookies are gone. Itll be only way to get real attribution with Google Clean Room.
