I have a problem with a campaign for a painting company. I have a quality score of 2/10 for NO reason. I only have 4 keywords (+painting +company, etc. ) My impression are so low and I do not understand why. Any idea ?

Line up your keywords with your ad content and your page content

@immunity14707 Your headlines and description needs to be lined up with keywords and landing page url. Also check your landing page speed, you might need to compress images or Javascript.

I have voluntarily made that specific ad group in order to have a really well tailored ad. I manage multiple accounts and never had this problem before.

I have specifically made that ad group because I wanted a good QS (the ad is very well tailored to the keywords). The landing page is pretty good too (www. peinture-express. ch). I manage multiple accounts and have never seen this issue in the past.

Not enough keywords. Residential painting, interior painting, etc with a strong negative keyword list.

It can only be one of 3 things. but if its a new ad and no historic data. Google will determine based on ctr from similar/previous advertisers in same geo area
