Those print screens don't tell us anything. Go to Diagnostics page.

Click on "view samples" go to a product witch is suspended and check what's the policy it is violating.

@cinematograph this you will have to check with Google Support. This means Google think your site's payment method is not trustworthy. You have to find out why and how to fix it.

Double check multiple things: - Is your check out and payment secured with SSL? No? That’s a reason for a suspension. - Did you mention your return policy? No? Another reason. - How about the information about your company (name, address. ). Again, another reason. Fix these things (if needed) and contact the support to have the account reviewed.
