What call tracking software do you all use? I've used Call Rail in the past and been happy but the price has gone from $30 when I used it to $45. so I'm wondering about other options?

I moved four clients away from CallRail. Had never ending issues with conversions syncing with AdWords. I would have to manually upload each week. CallRail support sucked and I literally had a ticket open from November and never got it fixed. Now they’re taking away form tracking and charging another $50/month to keep it. F-them.

@greggs phonewagon. Only been with them a couple of days. So we’ll see. They don’t offer form tracking and the interface is not as user friendly as CallRail

@dallman You also only get 5 numbers vs. 10 looks like.

@greggs yea but I have something 60 numbers total so it doesn’t matter. Anyone doing real tracking is going to need 6 numbers per client.

Marchex call tracking , the problem nowadays is that the inbound number that flips on the website is always disapproved in google ads. Google says we have to clear the cookies and cache and not all time the user will to that.

@grub263 that doesn’t make sense. Nice never had this issue. Is it a marchex thing? I left them about 4 years ago

Been using What Converts for a year now. Option to send an email each time a goal is triggered and an automated report at the end of the month. Conversions can be confirmed as quotable or not, and colour coded green and red so it’s nice and visual. Option to record the calls also. Lots of other features to use too. It works very well for us.

Call rail works fine. Not too expensive and really user friendly
