Video Ads | Which metric shows if one can get more views by raising CPV or CPM? (Like "impression lost by budget/rank" in Search).

Metrics depends on Ad type, for instance CPV is not relative to Bumper ads

If you know than why do you ask about raising CPV if it's not relevant? My point was - you need to share what type of Ads are you running and etc

Just hit Columns, from there you can see the list of metrics and choose the ones relevant for your goals. There are also preset ones. What you are probably looking for are Reach(Frequency. ) & Competitive metrics(Impression share. Lost rank, Lost budget)

@discontent from what I see on the printscreen, you do have have 'Display lost impression share (rank)'

I think you are confused. There are metrics which are universal and applicable to both channels. On your printscreen you have a YouTube bumper Video Ads campaign, and you have the metric 'Display lost impression share (rank)' which is exactly what you are looking for. Maybe the word "Display" is confusing, but remember, Video is also a display just moving one instead of still
