Hello, a few weeks back Google suspended my account for suspicious payments. I have no idea why? I used my own credit card for the payments. I was running this account for just a week or so. Obviously they refused to look into the matter and I can't create more ad accounts. Might be that my address is in France, but my credit card is German and i used my account that was created a long time back when I was in India so the verification team who replied to me was Indian. In this case, I understand that they might think that it's a suspicious payment method but they don't even listen to your case. Does that happen to anybody and how can I resolve it? Any help would be appreciated.

What phone number did you use? I tried the main Google one and it says they are not taking calls due to COVID19. Thank you.

@bangs2 main google ads number then billing or suspended accounts. May have to wait til it’s over. Failing that get a new account.

I know this might not help much, but try to appeal if you haven't done. Google won't provide answer. But maybe some members experienced something the same.

I did appeal and they did a manual verification, without really answering to my concern. I didn't explain the case of different countries of address, card and account as I only realized it much later. Anyway, their response was simply that they did find something suspicious and they can't give more details.
